Grind

Every brew process requires a
different grind. In our opinion, we prefer the whole bean option.

We believe it is the best way to drink coffee, but if you don't have a grinder we understand.

That's why we can grind based on your preferred drinking method!

If your coffee tastes off when you
grind your own beans, you can adjust the grind finer or coarser.
even further and get the perfect cup!

Pour Over

Bring 500 Grams of water to a boil and allow some time for the water to slightly cool.

Rinse your paper filter prior to use and place the filter in your preferred pour over brewing device.

Weigh 30 grams of ground coffee, ground to the size of granulated table salt.

Put the coffee in the filter and make sure the bed is level.

Bloom the Coffee by adding just enough water to saturate the grounds, but before the coffee starts to drip into your cup or carafe.

Let it sit for 30-45 seconds.

Slowly pour the remaining water. Total brew time should be somewhere in between three and four minutes.

Enjoy.

French Press

Bring 900 grams of water to a boil and allow sufficient time for the water to cool down a little.

Get 60 grams of fresh ground coffee this should be medium to coarse resembling a coarsely cracked pepper.

Add Coffee to your French press and level the bed.

Wet the grounds and fill your French Press around halfway and stir.

Add the rest of the water and put the plunger back on top of the french press and press down enough to create a seal.

Allow coffee to brew for four minutes once the time is up slowly push the plunger down as to not agitate the coffee.

Enjoy.
